What did our team do?

We organized a turnkey concert in Astana: contract signing, planning, budgeting, timing, and coordination of all services and contractors.

We provided production and venue services: stage, lighting, sound, video/LED, backstage infrastructure, crew and equipment logistics.

We launched marketing and PR, set up the ticketing system and customer service, and provided security, accreditation, and day-of operations management.
